Our Background
Based in Rye & Hastings, East Sussex we have over 30 years of experience servicing hotels, schools, new builds and proudly - many returning domestic customers. All of our engineers are fully qualified and Gas Safe registered. We all carry DBS Enhanced Certificates and most importantly, we love what we do.

ARE YOU OPEN DURING CORONAVIRUS?
The simple answer is yes. We are still attending call-outs, and continuing all planned work according to Public Health guidelines and Government advice. Every precaution is being taken to ensure both our customers and staff are safe.
WHAT'S YOUR AVAILABILITY
We are available for emergencies within the hour. Typical working hours are 7am - 5pm.
DO YOU PROVIDE A REPAIR GUARANTEE?
We offer a 1 year guarantee on all repairs related to the initial breakdown. Contact us for more info on the guarantees we provide.
MY APPLIANCE NEEDS PARTS, HOW LONG DOES THIS NORMALLY TAKE?
We carry a reserve of spare stock with us. If not available, we aim to get the required part within 2 working days (dependant on age & make of boiler). We will keep you updated at all times.
IS THERE A WARRANTY ON THE BOILERS YOU INSTALL?
We have a 5 year warranty on all boiler and bathroom installations.
HOW MUCH DO REPAIRS COST?
We offer fixed price repairs and labour for all boilers. No hidden costs.
